Section 4: Multi-Currency Transactions

Prices and currencies displayed on the Site will match the amount charged to your card and shown on the transaction receipt.

Section 5: Returns and Refunds

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 5 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued as store credit within 5 days of return receipt, excluding shipping costs. The store credit is valid for 10 days.

Section 6: Purchases

Payments via Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted. All online transactions are subject to the terms of the respective merchant service providers.

Section 7: Warranty and Shipping

Warranty claims take approximately 7-10 business days for processing. Customers are responsible for shipping products back for warranty service. A 2.5% fee applies for payment cancellations via credit card.

Section 8: OFAC Compliance

BANYCART does not engage in business with entities or individuals from OFAC-sanctioned countries or those involved in prohibited activities.

Section 9: User Representations

By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any materials you submit do not violate third-party rights. Minors under 18 should not register or use the Site.
